Shipping + Returns
Here at Charmingly Unique Boutique we take pride in our products we offer and want to provide the best customer service possible.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase here is our return policy:
We offer Exchanges or Store Credit only.
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date purchased. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached (if applicable). Merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke or any stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 303 W. Dallas St., Suite B, Canton, TX 75103.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Only regular priced items can be returned for credit or exchange. Unfortunately, Sale items cannot be exchanged and are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Charminguboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: 303 W. Dallas St., Suite B, Canton, TX. 75103.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
